Bay Area Executives Charged With Conspiracy To Commit Wire Fraud Details Written by IVN San Francisco, California - A federal grand jury indicted Geoffrey M. Palermo and Adan Roldan, aka George Villanuevo, charging the defendants with conspiracy in connection with an alleged plot to bilk a California company of more than $1.5 million as part of a kickback scheme, announced Acting United States Attorney Stephanie M. Hinds and Federal Bureau of Investigation Special Agent in Charge Craig D.
