Forbes released its 35th annual billionaire list on Tuesday, which now includes 2,755 people – up from 2,095 people last year. Nine of the people on the list live in Colorado and together, they ve got $41.6 billion – slightly less than Canada s David Thomson, with $41.8 billion and worldwide rank of 33rd. At the time the list was compiled, Jeff Bezos was the richest man in the world with $177 billion.

Rite Aid Shopper Wants Class Cert. In Rapid Release Ad Fight
Law360 (April 6, 2021, 11:03 PM EDT) A Rite Aid customer on Tuesday urged a federal judge to certify a class of California consumers who were allegedly deceived by rapid release labels on store brand acetaminophen gelcaps, arguing that Rite Aid wouldn t use the phrase unless it s useful to consumers and that the claims can be resolved class-wide.
During a virtual hearing before U.S. District Judge Yvonne Gonzalez Rogers, Adam A. Edwards of Greg Coleman Law argued on behalf of lead plaintiff Thomas Bailey that Rite Aid Corp. s certification challenges primarily take issue with the merits of the claims, which should be resolved at trial and not on.

DENVER, CO The coronavirus has wreaked havoc on the U.S. economy, yet billionaires in Colorado and across the globe are significantly wealthier than they were a year ago, according to this year s recently released Forbes World s Billionaires List.
The number of billionaires on Forbes 35th annual list jumped to an unprecedented 2,755 people, 660 more than a year ago. Altogether, they are worth $13.1 trillion, up from $8 trillion in 2020.
Drawing his pistols from his belt and grasping one in each hand, Paul Jones suddenly kicked open the door and entered the robbers’ rendezvous. There were three men there and they were gallows birds, every mother’s son of them - as ripe for murder as for drinking a glass of grog.
