Indiana County President Judge Thomas Bianco has scheduled Plea Court this afternoon for 28-year-old Clifford Camut Jr., a former West Wheatfield Township man who is facing five criminal cases. Camut already pleaded guilty to charges in each case, but withdrew those pleas in February, prior to his sentencing.
In all, he will plead today to possession with intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance and of drug paraphernalia, and public drunkenness in one case; possession of a controlled substance and of drug paraphernalia in another; attempted theft, possession of an instrument of crime, criminal mischief, and disorderly conduct in another; attempted burglary, theft, possession of an instrument of crime, criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, and loitering and prowling at night in yet another; and finally, to possession of a controlled substance and no

A number of defendants are scheduled for Plea Court at the Indiana County Courthouse today, including one man who was involved in a two-day crime spree in Indiana and White Township last year.
20-year-old Spencer Hayes of Philadelphia will plead to multiple charges of robbery, conspiracy to robbery, terroristic threats, recklessly endangering another person, theft, receiving stolen property, resisting arrest, fleeing or eluding an officer, and numerous traffic offenses.
Hayes was involved with two other men whose cases are also in the court system. The three men are accused of forcibly entering a home on Center Street, strip-searching a man and woman and stealing their cell phones and a small amount of drug-related items, and then crashing a stolen car during a police pursuit the next day.

In Indiana County Court today, President Judge Thomas Bianco is scheduled to sentence a New Florence man in five criminal cases.
28-year-old Clifford Camut Jr. pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance in one case, to retail theft in another, to possession of drug paraphernalia in a third, to attempted theft by taking in a fourth, and to attempted burglary in a fifth case. The crimes occurred between October of last year and June of 2019.
Judge Bianco will also sentence 20-year-old Brandon James Dunseath of Indiana for a single guilty plea of felony arson, committed in March of last year.
