Outdoor concert gives Harrisburg a chance to ‘celebrate our kids in a positive light’ Updated 10:45 PM; Facebook Share It was one week ago when Milton “Tim” Taylor got the potentially life-changing phone call that his son and another family member had been shot while walking down the street in Harrisburg.
