Lotus Presents Final Winter Concert Series Performance

Photo by Darryl Smith The Lotus Education & Arts Foundation will present its final Virtual Winter Concert Series performance on Thursday, February 18, at 7 p.m., featuring Cape Verdean singer-songwriter Elida Almeida.
