INCLINE VILLAGE, Nev. Incline High School Boosters are trying to give students a taste of normal through their 39th annual Incline Crab Feed.
Although the annual event will be virtual this year, it will include all the same aspects as normal, including the crab dinners and silent auction.
This year, the boosters are hoping to raise money for a new scoreboard.
“We’re trying to get something that gives the students hope,” said Booster Club President Tom Millhoff.

This week’s featured drink is Alibi Ale Works’ Cucumber Gose.

As part of Alibi’s “Shelter in Place Series” created, well, you know, I figured we might as well knock this limited edition brew out while you can still grab some. Because once this series is gone, it’s probably gone for good the naming convention, anyway. I think we’ve all said that phrase enough to where we can bury it in the Nevada desert and never speak those words again.

The NHL said it likes to leave a “legacy” gift behind to the hosts of its outdoor games, and donated a refurbished zamboni for the new Tahoe South Event Center that is being constructed next to Montbleu Casino Resort & Spa at Stateline.
The NHL hosted a pair of outdoor games Feb. 20-21 at Edgewood Tahoe Resort.
“We like to leave behind a legacy gift that will last long after we’re gone,” NHL commissioner Gary Bettman said.
The Zamboni spent four days on a truck while in transit from Toronto. It will be stored in the Montbleu parking garage.

Revive Coffee & Wine’s Lavender Vanilla Latte is this wek’s featured drink.

I know, normally this space is reserved for a beverage of the cocktail kind. But, I’m not a total animal – I do find myself drinking other things throughout an average day. And since water doesn’t really make for an exciting write up, I figured why not feature something that that stimulates the senses in a different way: coffee.
