SSS President and CEO Aurora C. Iganacio, on Tuesday, March 9, warned that incorrect input of account number or uploaded proof of account will result in the rejection of disbursement account enrollment application.
“We urge our members and covered employers to triple-check the information they have entered before submission to the SSS to avoid inconveniences in their disbursement account enrollment,” Ignacio said.
Members and employers are urged to comply with the following measures for a successful online registration.
Upon registration, members and employers must ensure that their bank account is with a Philippine Electronic Fund Transfer System and Operations Network (PESONet) participating bank

State-run Social Security System (SSS) asked its members and covered employers to ensure the correctness and validity of their disbursement accounts when enrolling in the Disbursement Account Enrollment Module (DAEM) through the My.SSS portal.
In a statement, Aurora C. Ignacio, SSS president and chief executive said on Tuesday, March 9, that incorrect input of account number or uploaded proof of account will result in the rejection of disbursement account enrollment application.
“We urge our members and covered employers to triple-check the information they have entered before submission to the SSS to avoid inconveniences in their disbursement account enrollment,” Ignacio said.

SSS President and Chief Executive Officer Aurora C. Ignacio said the initiative aims to address the need to bring SSS services within reach of its members, pensioners, covered employers, and the public in view of social distancing and health requirements imposed by the government to stop the spread of the Covid-19.
“For the past years, we have been gradually shifting our stakeholders’ way of transacting with us from face-to-face to online. The pandemic motivated us further to fast track our digital transformation initiatives, not only to provide our stakeholders with faster, more convenient, and more efficient means of transacting with us but also to ensure their safety,” Ignacio said.
