The SpaceX Crew Dragon spaceship will launch no sooner than April 20
It will bring members of NASA, the European Space Agency and Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency to the ISS
Its the first time in over 20 years that the three agencies have flown together
Pilot Megan McArthur is married to Bob Behnken, part of the first SpaceX commercial crew to the ISS
