In one incident where charged were laid, she explained officers responded to a party near Lawrence Ave. E. and Victoria Park Ave. around 11:25 p.m. Tuesday at the request of city bylaw officers.
“Following an on-scene investigation it was established a person was at the address who didn’t live there,” Sidhu said, explaining the person was charged under the Emergency Management and Civil Protection Act (EMCPA).
