Cynthia Way ABOUT ME Cynthia Way currently works as the Chief Learning Officer for NOAA’s  Oceanic and Atmosphereic Research Line Office.  She previously served as the Lead Curriculum Designer at the Department of Defense.  Prior to working in the Government,  Cynthia served in the U.S. Navy and then worked in the animal health industry in a myraid of capacites ranging from veterinary technician to  Organizational Development Consultant. The Nation s Top Students Competed in MathCON Finals Nearly 1,000 4th - 12th Grade Students Competed Online News provided by Share this article Share this article th Annual MathCON Finals online, via YouTube Live and Zoom. At its core, MathCON is an innovative mathematics platform, including a competition series and educational resources and opportunities for students and educators, developed to enhance mathematics education. Since its inception, nearly 300,000 middle and high school students from across the country participate in the online mathematics experience. The top students are then invited to compete in the national MathCON finals. The online finals competition was held May 6-8, and the live awards celebration aired on YouTube Live, on May 8. The celebration included guest appearances from Mega Magic Mike D Urzo and Patrick Vennebush, the Chief Learning Officer for The Math Learning Center.

Task team aims to manage professionalisation policy framework

Jun 1, 2021 The Minister for the Public Service and Administration, Senzo Mchunu, has appointed a task team to assist government through the National School of Government (The NSG), to finalise the National Implementation Framework towards the Professionalisation of the Public Service. In December 2020, Mchunu released the draft National Implementation Framework towards the Professionalisation of the Public Service for public comment. This followed the Cabinet approval of the publication of the draft framework, which is in line with the commitment made by the sixth administration to create a capable, ethical and developmental public service. The minister initiated a public consultation process with the key stakeholders from various organisations and institutions inside and outside the public sector early this year.
