For the moment, it’s only Patricia McCloskey who’s had her charges amended, but the special prosecutor who took over the case after St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner was removed by a judge says Mark McCloskey could also be given the same amended charge in the near future.
The McCloskeys were originally facing felony charges of unlawful use of a weapon as well as evidence tampering, but Special Prosecutor Richard Callahan filed a new indictment on Monday adding the charge of misdemeanor harassment to Patricia McCloskey’s case. Callahan says when the case goes to trial in November, jurors will now have the option of convicting McCloskey on either the felony counts or the misdemeanor charge.. as well as the option of finding her and her husband not guilty.

Following the bombshell lawsuit filed by attorney Evita Tolu against guardian ad litem (GAL) Elaine Pudlowski that led to the recusal of the entire 21st Judicial Circuit Court in St. Louis, Missouri, three more actions have been filed alleging fraud and misconduct against the GAL and others. Kenneth Rosa, media spokesperson for The Father’s Rights Movement filed a lawsuit against Pudlowski, therapist Mindy Skaggs and The Right Solutions Counseling Services (TRSCS) for “injurious services” among other allegations.
Joining Rosa are Devon Arseneau and Plaintiff X, who does not want to be named publicly, who also named Pudlowski in their individual lawsuits alleging similar claims relating to what they say is family court corruption. Among the shocking claims in Rosa’s lawsuit is the allegation that he did not receive due process in court and was coerced into giving up his rights.

’60 Minutes’ recently ran a glowing profile of St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner. Suffice it to say that many denizens of St. Louis and the metropolitan area don’t hold her in the same high regard.
Set aside the politics for a moment (I know, that’s a tall order) Gardner’s record since becoming Circuit Attorney has been
horrid less than stellar. Her office’s conviction rate has barely topped 50%; she’s created an “exclusion list” of at least 75 police officers from whom her office won’t accept cases and fueled an abominably antagonistic “relationship” with law enforcement, which included a failed lawsuit filed by her against the police union and the City of St. Louis alleging a racist conspiracy to undermine her.

ST. LOUIS St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner is to appear before a disciplinary hearing panel after an investigation into her prosecution of former Missouri Gov. Eric Greitens in 2018.
According to a list published online by the Missouri Supreme Court s Office of the Chief Disciplinary Counsel, Gardner is one of 14 lawyers across the state that has a disciplinary case pending.
Soros-Backed Prosecutor Faces Disciplinary Hearings, Could Lose Law License
St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner faced disciplinary proceedings stemming from an ethics complaint filed against her, according to a case list (pdf) posted on a state website.
Gardner, who was elected to her post with the help of billionaire liberal activist George Soros, will likely face a panel that will review the allegations against her. The Missouri Supreme Court would render the final verdict on what punishment, if any, Gardner will receive.
It is unclear which allegations the disciplinary proceedings will address, but a statement by Gardner’s office provided to KMOV referenced the allegations against her lodged by former Missouri Gov. Eric Greitens.
