© Hajime Isayama / Kodansha/ Attack on Titan Production Committee The fourth season of Attack on Titan is getting its home video releases handled by Pony Canyon once again and they’ve gone for a tighter run for the first part of this season. Confirming that it’ll be a sixteen-episode season, the distributor originally planned to bring it out as two sets on May 19th, 2021 and July 21st, 2021. The DVD and Blu-ray sets are priced the same at 19,800 yen each. Now, the show has gotten moved around a bit as they’re set for a July 7th, 2021 and August 4th, 2021 release date. Nothing else seems to have changed yet.

Funimation is making sure to get things out there quickly for it in terms of clips, including subtitled ones, and has dropped this one. Coming from the later part of this season, they’ve added a new two-minute clip where there are some things that you say that you might not be able to take back. Based on the original manga by Hajime Isayama, Yuichiro Hayashi is directing the series with Hiroshi Seko returning to work on the scripts. Tomohiro Kishi is on board for the character designs. MAPPA is handling the animation, taking over from WIT Studio who produced the earlier seasons.
