It happened around 6:34 p.m. on the 800 block of E. Allegheny Avenue.
According to Chief Inspector Scott Small, video shows a gunman walk up and fire into a crowd of people outside of a business. You can clearly see a male firing multiple shots into a crowd of about 15 people that was standing in front of a takeout restaurant, said Small.
A 23-year-old man was shot multiple times and is listed in critical condition at an area hospital.
A 39-year-old man and a 42-year-old man were also injured in the shooting. Both victims suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
According to Small, video also shows a second shooter firing at the first gunman.

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) A man was shot while shoveling snow outside a laundromat in the West Kensington section of Philadelphia on Tuesday evening, police said.
It happened just before 6 p.m. outside of a laundromat on the 400 block of East Allegheny Avenue.
Police said a man in his 20s was shoveling the snow when a dispute began with another man.
The suspect allegedly pulled out a gun and shot the victim in the arms and legs.
According to Chief Inspector Scott Small, the gunman fired eight shots before fleeing the scene.
The victim was rushed to Temple University Hospital in stable condition.
