“There’s people who haven’t found themselves without jobs before – high-paid people.” Campbell said it had been a “wild” 12 months for MSD, from having admin staff help with wage subsidies during lockdown, to growing initiatives to get people into work, to preparing for if it happens again. “There’s been the need to respond to situations thrown up by Covid. “We’ve been here when people have needed it. I’m very proud of my team.”
