Established soon after the Jakarta police chief publicly announced the deaths of these six FPI members on December 7, 2020, and amid the public’s plea for a credible and transparent investigation, the commission s team of investigators began probe into the case.
Komnas HAM seeks six slain FPI members further autopsy details 17th December 2020

Listyo Sigit Prabowo to furnish further details on the autopsied bodies of six slain FPI members. Komnas HAM s team of investigators sent a letter to the police s criminal investigation directorate chief for summoning the police hospital s doctors involved in the autopsy, Head of the commission s team of investigators, Choirul Anam, stated.
Komnas HAM s investigators have sought additional information of the procedures, process, and substances pertaining to the autopsy of the bodies of six slain guards of the Islam Defenders Front (FPI) leader Habib Rizieq Shihab, Anam noted in a statement here on Wednesday.

FPI Jakarta (ANTARA) - The National Commission on Human Rights (Komnas HAM) has disclosed its intention of seeking more details of each aspect of the police shooting of six guards of Islamic Defenders Front (FPI) leader Habib Rizieq Shihab.
As part of its inquiry into the case, the commission summoned Jakarta Police chief, Insp.Gen.Fadil Imran, and state-owned toll road operator PT Jasa Marga s president director, Subakti Syukur, on Monday.

Activists and religious leaders have called on the Indonesian government to form an independent fact-finding team to investigate the deadly police shooting this week of six members of the notorious hardline group the Islamic Defenders Front (FPI).
The call comes after both sides gave differing accounts about the incident.
