30 Highest Paying Jobs with an Associate s Degree in 2021

30 Highest Paying Jobs with an Associate’s Degree in 2021 The education sector is going through consequential changes. As the world moves towards a skill-based economy, companies are doing away with degree requirements and preferring candidates who are digitally savvy, with an attitude to learn and grow.  Similarly, instead of opting for a 4-year bachelor’s degree, many people move towards an associate’s degree program because it comes with a lower cost, less time, higher earnings, and possibly more career opportunities. For example, radiation therapy, nuclear technology, dental hygiene and aerospace engineering are some of the many roles that may offer an average salary of over $55,000 per year, based on data from PayScale. Around 1.04 million students were awarded their Associate’s degree in the academic year of 2019 in the U.S. The number is expected to increase in the coming decade.

Let s work toward oral health equity

Let’s work toward oral health equity Almost half of all low-income and non-Hispanic Black adults have tooth decay that has gone without treatment. Kids are in pain and getting behind at school, low-income families and people of color are suffering. Too many families either don’t have coverage or can’t afford to pay for dental care because it takes money away from everyday survival. These social determinants are very real for the nearly 60 million Americans who don’t have access to dental care. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) defines social determinants of health as “conditions in the places where people live, learn, work, and play that affect a wide range of health and quality-of life-risks and outcomes.” Put simply: where you live often determines how healthy you are.
