Officers arrived around 5:30 p.m. at 208 Irish St. in Chelsea, the scene of a recent shooting incident that has since led to an attempted murder charge and a felony drug charge. Tama County Sheriff Dennis Kucera said an individual in the upper floor of the house at 208 Irish St. called to report a male individual was in the lower floor of the home and appeared agitated. The reporting party thought the man in the lower floor had a gun and requested assistance from law enforcement.
