Dias, Blonquist, Motlojoa, and Snelson Earn C2C All-Conference Honors

FREDERICKSBURG, VA. The Coast to Coast (C2C) Athletic Conference today announced the 2021 Men s Tennis All-Conference Awards with Marcos Dias, Danny Blonquist, Kukutla Motlojoa, and head coach Thomas Snelson receiving honors.
In his second year with the Knights, Dias continues to shine, leading the team to a 10-5 regular-season record in the No. 1 singles spot, earning him the C2C Men s Tennis Athlete of the Year. Dias marked key victories against Washington and Lee University and Salisbury s Alec Angradi, who was nationally ranked last year. With his performance, the São Paulo, Brazil native earned a No. 5 regional ranking in doubles.

Emerson College Student Inducted into Gold Key Honor Society
Lilly Meehan-Egan, of Glenview, is among the 2021 Gold Key Honor Society Inductees for the academic year 2020-2021. The Gold Key Honor Society is an interdisciplinary organization founded at Emerson College in 1962 in order to recognize and encourage outstanding academic achievement. Membership in the Society is extended to juniors in the top 5 percent and seniors in the top 10 percent of their class who have earned at least 48 credits at Emerson. Meehan-Egan is pursuing a major in Political Communication and is a member of the Emerson College Class of 2022.

NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) - Tulane (24-14, 13-2 AAC) held on for a 6-5 American Athletic Conference win over Houston (16-23, 4-12 AAC) in the second game of a doubleheader Saturday evening at Greer Field at Turchin Stadium.
The win marked the Green Wave’s 13th in their last 14 games, as they took the series, 3-1, over the Cougars.
Redshirt sophomore outfielder Jared Hart went 3-for-3 with two RBI and a career-high four stolen bases, which are tied for the second most in a single game in program history. They are the most since Nick Boullosa accomplished the feat against Jackson State in 2011. Shortstop Collin Burns contributed three more hits, as Ethan Groff added two hits, two runs and two RBI.
