Do it every day.  The annual Capital Pride parade is June 12 from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Dyke March is TBD. But the group’s Instagram page says to “hold tight” because information is forthcoming.

Pic credit: CBS Chicago P.D. and One Tree Hill star Sophia Bush has a new show that will debut on CBS during the upcoming television season. CBS has announced that Good Sam has been picked up as a mid-season show and that it will appear at some point during the 2021-2022 season. Good Sam has been in production for a while, but we are very close to seeing Sophia Bush back on the small screen.

Brave teen s skydive in memory of brother Luke Boorman

Picture: Submitted - Credit: Archant The brother of a man who was found in his overturned car on the A47 near Norwich is to take part in a skydive to raise awareness about suicide among young men. Luke Boorman, 25, from Tolye Road, Norwich, died  in January 2020 at the junction with the B1108. His brother Thomas Lynn, 19, from Mulbarton, will be taking part in a skydive later this week in support of The Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) aimed at tackling suicide amongst young men in the UK.

Norwich man Steven Lamble took his own life, inquest rules

Norwich Coroners Court. Picture: ANTONY KELLY - Credit: Archant The death of a Norwich operations manager leaves a hole in the lives of his friends and family, an inquest was told. Steven Lamble, 37, of Boundary Close, Norwich, was found dead on Griffin Lane, Postwick on December 3, 2020. His cause of death was given by Norfolk assistant coroner Chris Long as hanging. He gave a conclusion of suicide. The inquest on May 21 heard that Mr Lamble, who worked for Serco, had struggled with addiction to alcohol and drugs and had been diagnosed with borderline personality disorder. A post mortem examination found Mr Lamble had taken drugs shortly before his death.
