ROD MAR/SEATTLE SEAHAWKS
For the second week in a row, the Seahawks will have to wait until game day to determine if defensive end Carlos Dunlap II and right tackle Brandon Shell are able to play.
Shell, who started last week s game but was unable to finish due to an ankle injury, did not practice this week, but is listed as questionable. Dunlap, who didn t play last week after playing through a foot injury the previous week, returned to practice Friday on a limited basis, his first practice participation in three weeks. We held Brandon out again today, but Carlos did practice today, Seahawks coach Pete Carroll said. So that was a good sign for him in hopes that he ll be able to pull it off to play on the weekend. We ll see. I can t tell you yet. Won t know until really on game day on both those guys.

Seattle Seahawks v Philadelphia Eagles
RENTON Last December, the Seahawks saw all of their depth at running back disappear seemingly in an instant as Chris Carson, Rashaad Penny and C.J. Prosise were all lost to season-ending injuries over an eight-day span.
This December, it seems as though the position is getting healthy at exactly the right time.
With Penny nearing a return to the active roster after four months on the physically unable to perform list, the Seahawks could be at full strength in their backfield for the first time all year. He looks terrific, offensive coordinator Brian Schottenheimer said of Penny on Thursday. He s looking fast, he s looking explosive, moving really well, running routes really well. I think he looks as good as you could expect him to see. Like, I hadn t seen him for a while. He s been working when it came out, started last week doing different things. This week, I think he s getting close to being ready to go.

Coming off a frustrating loss against the Giants, Seattle will be keen to regain their momentum against the winless Jets and keep pace with the NFC West leading Rams. This has been a game that’s been circled on some calendars ever since safety Jamal Adams was traded to the Seahawks in the offseason.
Quarterbacks
Russell Wilson was an early-season MVP candidate after leading Seattle to a 5-0 start. He’s completing 70 percent of his passes for the first time in his career and also is on course to smash his career highs in passing yards and touchdown passes.
