Health Department Announces 2nd Dose COVID-19 Vaccine Appointments Thursday, April 1, 2021 The Hamilton County Health Department has added new second dose Pfizer appointments to the schedule. As a reminder, the patient must schedule a second dose appointment on or after the date written on the back of their vaccine record card. The location of the second dose appointment might differ from the location of the first dose appointment.      People age 16 years and older who live, work, or attend school in Hamilton County are encouraged to visit vaccine.hamiltontn.gov to make an appointment online.
