The owner of Trentham Estate - one of North Staffordshire s most popular tourist attractions - has revealed plans to sell off the site.
St Modwen, which has owned the site for 30 years, has confirmed that it wants to off-load the estate to an organisation which can continue to invest in the business’ and support its ongoing success and wants to sell £200m of assets by 2023.
