SAGINAW, MI A Saginaw man is facing two felonies after prosecutors allege he provided a fatal dose of suspected heroin to another man.
Michael Mossner, 30, on Oct. 22 was found deceased in a home where he was living with relatives on Spurwood Drive in Saginaw Township. A subsequent investigation by the Bay Area Narcotics Enforcement Team, or BAYANET, determined Mossner died of an overdose, prosecutors said.
