He joins the business after 33 years at Kerry, where he most recently served as managing director of private label grocery and meals – a role he held for two years. 2nd February 2021 Chilled meat-free vegan brand Cauldron has appointed Tom Lindley, former Global Marketing Transformation Director at Mars, to a newly created role of Business Unit Head. The move marks a significant development for the £32m brand as it looks to capitalise on the growing demand for plant-based products.
