In there, their full names, ages, addresses, and names of their parents were written along with the date and location of their wedding at Madre de Dios Chapel in Tagaytay on Oct. 23. Some netizens asked for the reception’s details while others teased they will gatecrash the wedding.

On Wednesday afternoon, Carla posted an Instagram story where she said the bann that s currently circulating online is one of the steps needed before they can proceed with their planned wedding. “A wedding bann is a Church requirement for Catholics getting married in any and all Catholic Churches in the Philippines,” she wrote. “It is a necessary step to be able to secure a wedding permit,” she continued.
