FutureFuel Corp. (NYSE:FF) (“FutureFuel”), a manufacturer of custom and performance chemicals and biofuels, today announced financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2021.
First quarter 2021 Financial Highlights (all comparisons are with the first quarter of 2020)
Revenues were $41.5 million, down 22% from $53.1 million
Adjusted EBITDA was ($7.8) million, down (177%) from $10.2 million
Net losses were $8.8 million, or ($0.20) per diluted share, from net income of $19.0 million, or $0.44 per diluted share.

Three swimmers are taking on a tough challenge to raise money for the Foyle Hospice in Derry.
Liz Havlin Wilson, Kathy Donaghey and Jane McGinty are doing the challenge in memory of hospice founder Doctor Tom McGinley who passed away earlier this year.
The hardy trio have decided to swim ten miles in ten days at ten of their favourite Donegal Beaches, including Culdaff and Shrove.
Tributes continue to be paid to the late Dr Tom McGinley who passed away in recent days.
Dr McGinley was instrumental in establishing the Foyle Hospice in 1985 and supporter of the development of the Donegal Hospice.
The Gweedore native was laid to rest yesterday.

Book of condolence open for Dr McGinley
Mayor of Derry City and Strabane District Council, Cllr Brian Tierney, has opened an online Book of Condolence for members of the public to share their tributes and thanks to Dr Tom McGinley, founder of the Foyle Hospice, who was laid to rest on Sunday.
Dr McGinley set up a small steering committee in 1984 to fundraise before officially opening the Foyle Hospice in the city in 1985 and, since that opening, the deeply-valued palliative care centre has been a source of great comfort and assistance to thousands of families across not only the city, but the entire district.
