So, for quite few years, I had it made, when it came to my TV/sports/movie watching.
I was part of Comcast s influencer program. As part of that, I had high speed internet & all the bells & whistles Comcast offers. all their channels, almost all their movie channels, DVR, voice remote. everything at a very discounted rate.
This year, that all came to an end. So, I have 6 days to decide if I want to keep Comcast or go with something else. I m thinking I won t be keeping all I have. I don t think I want to spend that much money. So, I am thinking of cutting the cord.

My boyfriend visited this weekend from St. Petersburg and we packed in a lot this weekend.
Friday night, we had a terrific dinner at Palm Valley Fish Camp in Ponte Vedra. I love that place. I ve never had a bad meal there.
I forgot to take a pic of our meals before we gobbled them up, so here s a pic of the restaurant.
Saturday, I wanted to try a new local pizza place, because it was National Pizza Week. Earlier in the week, I had posted a video on the WQIK Facebook page, asking everyone for their favorite local joint and I decided to try Carmines Pie House in Riverside.

Don t we all have plastic storage containers floating around our kitchen that we can t find lids to? Or tons of lids that are way more than the number of containers we have? How does that happen? I mean, how I do lose containers but not their matching lids? Are they sprouting legs and walking out on their own?
I guess it s like the lost socks after we do laundry. How do we lose that one sock? & it is nowhere to be found. Nowhere.
Well, I have been wanting to go through all of my storage containers and match them with their lids for awhile now. Especially because I know I need new storage containers but I don t know what I need if I don t get a good assessment of what I currently have.

My weekend started out with my friend Carla coming over to enjoy some cheese & crackers & wine on Friday night. We also watched Bee Gees videos. Yes, Bee Gees. What can I tell you. we grew up listening to their music and the topic came up, because there s a documentary out about them & Carla watched it.
Saturday morning, I had to pop into the radio station to do just a little bit of work. Didn t take me long, thank goodness.
Then, the rest of the day, I watched football. NFL playoffs started with a tripleheader on Saturday & yes, I watched every game.. minus any time I may have fallen asleep on the couch during the Rams-Seahawks matchup.
