Sentencing for Jasiel Correia co-conspirators  The second of four of Correia’s extortion co-conspirators, David Hebert, is scheduled for sentencing on July 14. His defense attorney has requested his date be moved to October, however, Woodlock has not ruled on that motion.  Former Bristol County Training Consortium executive director Hildegar Camara, who like Costa and Hebert pleaded guilty in September 2019 for his role in the extortion scheme, is set for sentencing on July 22.  No pre-sentencing motions have been submitted to Woodlock by either defense attorneys or federal prosecutors for Hebert or Camara, so it is unclear what recommendations either side will request from the federal judge.
