The snaps were submitted to furniture company ScS for a contest to find the best working from home pet picture, which runs until next Monday. The winner could get a sofa set worth more than £1,200.

Some pets offer loving company for those working from home (WFH). Others are proving slightly more distracting – especially as the weekend looms!
Sofa and carpet specialist ScS has asked the nation to share the most hilarious pictures of pets getting in the way of people’s work during lockdown for the chance to win a fabulous sofa set.
The competition will close on Monday, March 15, when a lucky winner will be picked to receive a brand-new sofa set from ScS worth over £1,200.

An exciting new Colorado-based literacy program that helps families and caregivers build their babies’ vocabulary starts in Archuleta County on Jan. 11, thanks to a partnership involving your library, AmeriCorps and the San Juan BOCES.
Called LENA, the free sessions start the week of Jan. 11. Half-hour Q-and-A discussions to provide more information for interested parents and caregivers will take place Tuesday, Jan. 5, 2021, at 5:30 p.m. and Saturday, Jan. 9, 2021, at 10 a.m. on Zoom, with the link available on the library website.
