Lebanon County man among those charged by federal authorities with illegally entering U.S. Capitol during Wednesday s riot Keith Schweigert © Provided by WPMT Harrisburg A Lebanon County man is one of 13 people charged so far in federal court in the District of Columbia for alleged crimes committed at the U.S. Capitol building on Wednesday, the U.S. Department of Justice said Friday. Terry Brown, 69, of Myerstown, was charged Thursday with knowingly entering or remaining in any restricted building or grounds without lawful authority; or knowingly, with intent to impede government business or official functions, engaging in disorderly conduct on Capitol grounds; and violent entry and disorderly conduct on Capitol grounds, the Dept. of Justice said.

Lonnie Coffman of Falkville was arrested Wednesday and charged on Thursday with possession of an unregistered firearm (destructive device) and carrying a pistol without a license. According to the DOJ, “it is alleged that Coffman’s vehicle contained 11 explosive devices known as Molotov cocktails and firearms.” He’s also accused of being in possession of two firearms.
