THUNDER BAY A Thunder Bay man accused of armed robbery of a pizza delivery driver was granted bail on Friday by a justice of the peace.
Colton Herneshuhta, 21, is charged with one count of robbery using a restricted or prohibited firearm, pointing a firearm and two counts of failing to comply with court orders from an Aug. 24 incident.
Herneshuhta is currently serving a sentence for charges related to fraud. Once this sentence expires on Dec. 24, he will be released from custody on bail conditions.
After a bail proceeding on Friday, Dec. 18, a justice of the peace granted Herneshuhta to be released to a surety with several conditions. His surety pledged $5,000 to the courts for Herneshuhta s release.
