Snow was coming down hard the morning of Jan. 27, when county employee Dave Wolk shoveled the sidewalk in front of the Ste. Genevieve County Courthouse. The county received close to three inches of snow. The Missouri Highway Patrol attributed one accident with injury in the county to the weather that day.
