Dave Baldwin, who is standing for both county and West Oxfordshire District Council seats for the newly formed Burning Pink party, will sit in an Oxford city centre road on Saturday. He is to protest against the councils complete lack of leadership on the climate crisis . He added: I am willing to be arrested to make a difference to our local environment. Every council has declared a climate emergency but none have taken any serious action to tackle it. He will sit in the road in the afternoon.
