Governor Inslee is expected to loosen Covid-19 restrictions that would allow indoor services to resume at limited capacities.
OLYMPIA, Wash. - Gov. Jay Inslee is expected to announce changes to the state s Covid-19 reopening plan Thursday that could allow restaurants and other businesses to resume indoor service with limited capacity.
The governor will discuss the changes at a 2:30 p.m. news conference. You can watch it live here.
The state s current reopening plan, called Healthy Washington, breaks the state down into regions that must meet four metrics to move from Phase 1 to Phase 2. Those metrics include:
