Not all need maximum abstraction and, for those that do, there can be critical barriers to achieving a true HCI-based environment. Ross Warnock, director at datacentre infrastructure provider and consultancy EfficiencyIT, says the essential trade-off to consider is likely to be between security and agility.

However, the health care real estate market has remained strong in the Twin Cities, according to market stakeholders. “Historically, health care had been so resistant to the ups and downs of the economy,” said Jill Rasmussen, a principal with the Minneapolis-based Davis Group. “But, with COVID, there have been challenges with some specialty groups,” including reduced activity at clinics and hospitals. “But the specialty groups are probably back to 95% to 100% of their pre-COVID volumes,” Rasmussen said.
