KENTUCKY (WFIE) - On Tuesday, the Green River District Health Department reported three COVID-19 related deaths and 55 additional cases.
Out of those cases, 21 are in Daviess County, 12 are in Ohio County, 11 are in Henderson County, four are in Union County, there are three in both McLean and Webster counties, and one new case in Hancock County.

KENTUCKY (WFIE) - The Green River District Health Department is reporting 33 new coronavirus cases on Saturday.
Of those new cases, health officials say 20 are in Daviess County, eight in Henderson County, two in Ohio County and one in McLean, Union and Webster counties.
Since the beginning of the pandemic, there have been 21,005 reported COVID-19 cases in the district. Health officials say 18,893 cases have recovered.
As of April 5, Kentucky COVID-19 vaccination eligibility is expanded to include Phases 1, 2, and 3.
Anyone age 16 or older are eligible for Pfizer, and anyone age 18 and older are eligible for Moderna and Johnson & Johnson.

KENTUCKY (WFIE) - Gov. Andy Beshear announced 744 newly confirmed cases of COVID-19 and four additional deaths on Friday afternoon.
Kentucky is reporting that 432,220 residents have tested positive since the start of the coronavirus pandemic. The positivity rate currently stands at 2.79% statewide.
As of Friday, 6,223 people have died across the commonwealth due to complications with COVID-19.
“It’s encouraging to see our positivity rate decrease again, but we need to work even harder to make sure our weekly case numbers start decreasing again as well,” Gov. Beshear said. “Every Kentuckian 16 and older should get their COVID-19 vaccine as soon as possible. It’s fast, it’s safe, it’s easy and you could save a life by doing so, maybe even your own life.�
