Rodney Lee Trivett, 50, of 3668 Lower Lake Road, Thomasville, was charged with possession of methamphetamine, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, $1,000 secured bond, Feb. 24.

Thomasville man accused of raping child with mental disability The Dispatch A Thomasville man was arrested after police say he raped a child. The child, who was under 13, has a mental disability and was physically helpless at the time of the assault, according to an arrest warrant.  Daniel Kindley, 39, was arrested on Tuesday, Jan. 26 for the assault that reportedly occurred from Dec. 11 through Dec. 13, 2020. He was charged with multiple felonies including statutory rape of a child less than 15, second degree forcible sex offense and a crime against nature.  Kindley was taken to the Davidson County Detention Center where he s being held on a $500,000 secured bond. He s scheduled to appear in court at 9 a.m. on Feb. 24 at the Davidson County Courthouse.
