ARRESTS
The following people were arrested on felony charges by law enforcement agencies in Davidson County, and, unless noted otherwise, were either placed in the Davidson County Detention Center or released from custody and are scheduled to appear in Lexington District Court on the date given:
Darius Lemark Brice, 26, of 106 Tyler Drive, was charged with possession of a Schedule II controlled substance, $5,000 secured, March 29.
Dmarhi Caquan Moore, 22, of 106 Pond St., was charged with forced breaking and entering, misdemeanor assault on a female, misdemeanor larceny all other, $1,000 secured bond, March 2.
Latrisha Ann Nelson, 56, of 513 Afton St., Apt. B, Thomasville, was charged with possession with the intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a Schedule II controlled substance, misdemeanor possession of marijuana up to a half-ounce, misdemeanor possession of marijuana paraphernalia, $7,000 secured bond, March 17.

Jennifer Renee Billings, 42, of 441 Sink Road, was charged with possession of methamphetamine, misdemeanor possession of marijuana up to a half ounce, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, misdemeanor possession of marijuana, $5,000 secured bond, March 8.
Joseph Aaron Everhart, 31, of 441 Sink Road, was charged with possession of methamphetamine, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, $5,000 secured bond, March 8.
Saphon Chhoeum, 46, of 101 Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, was charged with two counts of breaking and entering a motor vehicle, two counts of obtaining property under false pretense, larceny of a motor vehicle, two counts of misdemeanor larceny, $50,000 secured bon
ARRESTS

Jacoreyian Dreshawn McLendon, 25, of 215 Dorothy St., High Point, was charged with possession of a firearm by a felon, $15,000 secured bond, March 24.
Severen Trique Singleton, 21, of 1009 Garrison St., High Point, was charged with possession of a firearm by a felon, $15,000 secured bond March 24.
Rodney Lee Trivett, 50, of 3668 Lower Lake Road, Thomasville, was charged with possession of methamphetamine, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, $1,000 secured bond, Feb. 24.
Thomasville man accused of raping child with mental disability

A Thomasville man was arrested after police say he raped a child. The child, who was under 13, has a mental disability and was physically helpless at the time of the assault, according to an arrest warrant.
Daniel Kindley, 39, was arrested on Tuesday, Jan. 26 for the assault that reportedly occurred from Dec. 11 through Dec. 13, 2020. He was charged with multiple felonies including statutory rape of a child less than 15, second degree forcible sex offense and a crime against nature.
Kindley was taken to the Davidson County Detention Center where he s being held on a $500,000 secured bond. He s scheduled to appear in court at 9 a.m. on Feb. 24 at the Davidson County Courthouse.
