Alberta grants rural rodeo COVID-19 exemption as cases hit month-plus low

NEW HANOVER & BRUNSWICK COUNTIES, N.C. (WECT) - New Hanover County Health and Human Services and Brunswick County Health Services have expanded their vaccine availability to people 12 and older beginning Thursday, May 13.
After the FDA expanded Emergency Use Authorization for the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine to include 12-15-year-old children Monday, the CDCâs Advisory committee on Immunization Practices gave its formal approval Wednesday evening. This action opens vaccination to approximately 17 million adolescents.

In 2019, Lennar Homes of Texas finished construction of Escondido North, a subdivision of 334 one- and two-story homes packed onto thin lots in one of the few remaining wedges of undeveloped land within Loop 1604 in Converse.
By the end of the year, all the Northeast Side homes had been sold and it’s easy to see why.

A Felixstowe car enthusiast has restored the Mini he learned to drive in back in the 1970s - and now the little car is due to star on TV.
What s more, the classic car is getting a taste of 21st-century technology, by undergoing a Tesla electric vehicle conversion in Wales for the series Vintage Voltage, to be shown on the station Quest TV later this year.
Owner Simon Benton described the car as part of the family, and added: I had always told my parents I would restore her.
Officers from Cumbria Constabulary have teamed up with staff from Unity, the alcohol and drug recovery service. They are issuing advice following a number of deaths suspected to be linked to the issue in recent years. Prescription drugs falling into the bracket of benzodiazepines, which are known as benzos and include diazepam (sometimes referred to as Valium), are suspected to have been a factor in some of the deaths. Detective Inspector David Howard said: Fake and dangerous pills are sold online without any regulations or care for the end user. “Pills and medications such as this should be prescribed by a suitably qualified health professionals, such as a GP. If you suffer any adverse reaction from taking a drug bought online, seek medical help.
