The beloved sitcom Frasier is set to return for a revival after 17 years, with Kelsey Grammer starring in the leading role.
Streaming service Paramount+ announced on Wednesday that the show will be part of its new line-up - and that Grammer, 66, will reprise his role as Dr Frasier Crane - but fans were left eagerly waiting on more details about which members of the original cast will feature.
David Hyde Pierce - who played Frasier s brother Niles and came out as gay in 2007, three years after Frasier went off-air in 2004 - is still acting, as is his on-screen wife Jane Leeves, who played Frasier s housekeeper Daphne. However, Leeves is currently starring in medical drama The Resident and previously said she has no plans to leave for a Frasier reboot.

Casualty returns to our screens tonight after taking a break for COVID-related reasons.
BBC1’s ever-popular medical drama Casualty airs with a new episode on Saturday 02 January at 7.35pm, and nobody could be more delighted than Casualty legend Amanda Mealing. “We just want to film, we just want to work and it breaks our hearts when fans have been asking, when are you back?” says Casualty star Amanda, 53, during our exclusive video chat.
This sum includes nearly £20,000 at its meeting in November. During its November meeting, MLOF donated £8,000 to Malmesbury Primary Care Centre for seven configured laptop computers and a portable ECG machine. They donated £5,000 to Doorway, a Chippenham-based drop-in centre for the homeless and marginalised. Malmesbury Boxing Day received £3,000. £1,500 was donated to the Sherston Tolsey medical practice for a defibrillator, with £2,000 donated to two local residents with special needs. MLOF chairman David Hide said: “ We are particularly pleased to have been able to help so many local organisations and needy individuals in this most difficult of years. “These latest donations are typical of the requests we receive for support.
