Nat Geo’s The Right Stuff Series Cancelled at Disney+ After One Season
Disney+ has officially decided not to renew National Geographic’s historical drama series adaptation of
The Right Stuff for a second season. The cancellation comes six months after the Patrick J. Adams-led series had debuted its 8-episode first season last October. This also marks the first time that Disney+ has cancelled a scripted series.
According to Deadline, Warner Bros. Television is currently trying to shop the series to other outlets such as TNT and HBO Max. Because of this, they gave a two-week extension for the cast’s contracts that were supposed to expire last Saturday.

Batwoman: Ruby Rose Open to Reprising Kate Kane Role in the Future
Nearly a year since Ruby Rose’s surprising exit from The CW’s Batwoman, the Australian actress has opened up about the possibility of returning to the Arrowverse to reprise her role as Kate Kane and despite the sudden nature of her departure, the door isn’t closed for her.
Speaking with Comic Book Movie, Rose revealed that she’s absolutely open to return in the future as long as it made sense for the story, however, she believes that it’s more important right now to focus on telling the story of Javicia Leslie’s new Batwoman and praised how the show beautifully handled the character’s introduction.
