Gov. Bill Lee on Tuesday announced the appointments of five Tennesseans to open judicial positions across the state.  “I am proud to announce the appointment of these highly qualified individuals, and I value the experience they will bring to their respective judicial districts,” Lee said in an emailed release. “I’m confident they will serve Tennessee with integrity.”

Suspect in Sexual Exploitation of a Minor Case Receives 4 Year Suspended Sentence Dec 14, 2020 at 11:38 am by WGNS After being charged with the Sexual Exploitation of a Minor and Aggravated Sexual Exploitation of a Minor, Chad David Braley appeared before the courts last week and filed a plea in his case. Under a plea arraignment, Braley was found guilty of Attempted Sexual Exploitation of a Minor as opposed to the stiffer penalty of “Aggravated” Sexual Exploitation of a Minor. Braley appeared before Judge David Bragg in the Rutherford County Circuit Courts where he was also found guilty on one count of Sexual Exploitation of a Minor. The courts agreed to drop the third count, which was also Sexual Exploitation of a Minor.
