JAILED: Daniel Wint. Picture West Mercia Police A MAN stabbed in Malvern last year will spend Christmas behind bars after being caught driving whilst disqualified for a third time. Daniel Wint was jailed for eight weeks by magistrates when he appeared at Worcester Magistrates Court on December 17. The 51-year-old admitted driving whilst disqualified, using a motor vehicle on a road without insurance, and obstructing a PC Simon Carpenter when he was stopped by police on the M5 in Worcestershire on August 16. Prosecutor Shafquat Reaz said his Dacia was stopped at 1.25am, and Wint was then asked for his licence. Mr Reaz said: “He gave false details. He was convicted of driving whilst disqualified in August 2019, when he was given a suspended sentence.”
