PRESTIGIOUS new offices have been snapped up within hours of going on the market, in a vote of confidence for Colchester town centre. The historic Rebow House, in Head Street, is a Grade II listed building which has been carefully restored by TJ Evers Ltd on behalf of Tollgate Partnership Limited, based in Stanway. Now the works are complete, the building consists of three offices and a shop, with parking and a rear courtyard. Once the home of former Colchester MP and mayor Sir Isaac Rebow, the building dates back to 1690 and stands on the site of a medieval building.
