Buford A. Narramore, 75, of May, passed away on February 4, 2021. A Celebration of Life service will be at 2:00 PM, Saturday, March 13, 2021 at the American Legion Post 470, 14601 CR 422, May, TX 76857.
B.A. was born July 19, 1945 in Carlsbad, New Mexico to Bonnie and Venice Virgie Narramore. He graduated high school in Sudan and attended South Plains College before finishing postal courses at Mountain View Community College. B.A. served his country in the US Army and was a member of the American Legion and DAV. He worked in several different career fields before starting in the US Postal Service as a mail handler at the bulk mail center in Dallas, TX. He retired as a Post Master from Zephyr, TX in 2007. He married Sharon Walser Roberts on June 1, 1989 in Lubbock, TX and they began a life together that blessed them with 31 years together.
