Jordan Clark robbed woman at Glasgow ATM machine for £10

He plead guilty at Glasgow Sheriff Court to the assault and robbery of the woman. Clark’s lawyer told the court his client is ashamed of his actions and was drunk at the time. Sheriff Daniel Kelly tagged Clark, of the city’s Drumchapel, for 130 days keeping him indoors between 8pm and 7am. He was also put under supervision for 18 months. A MAN who shouted sexual comments and women and hurled abused at police officers blamed his drunken outbursts on his wife leaving him. Alexander Muldoon was spotted on Belmont Street in Kelvinbridge approaching close to a lone woman and shouting I have a massive c . On May 20 last year, shortly before 7pm, a witness saw the 40-year-old yell the abuse before wandering off in the direction of Great Western Road. Prosecutor Tanjeel Maleque told Glasgow Sheriff Court that the witness approached one of the women to check she was ok. When the victim said she was upset and alarmed by the incident, he called police.

Gary McKinnon jailed after Gartnavel nurse attack

A MAN homeless for 10 years is behind bars after a string of offences including attacking a nurse and threatening a night porter over a missing packet of gammon. Garry McKinnon lost his temper at the Willow Hotel on Renfrew Street and told the staff member he would be waiting for him outside. During an appearance at Glasgow Sheriff Court today it was also heard that the 41-year-old punched a staff nurse at Gartnavel General Hospital. Depute fiscal Tanjeel Maleque told the court how, around 6.15pm on December 27, 2019, McKinnon was being held in a secure ward. He had been refused use of a telephone and began to threaten two of the staff nurses on duty, saying he would punch them and smash windows.

Baillieston teen caught with drugs and blade spared jail

A TEENAGER caught with drugs and a knuckleduster has been spared jail. Liam Gardiner was spotted by cops on May 6, 2020, while driving on Crown Street in the East End. Glasgow Sheriff court heard the officers decided to stop the 19-year-old s car - and they discovered a blade and cannabis. The court was told police on patrol carried out a check on a vehicle in Baillieston and decided they wanted to speak to the driver. Officers carried out a search of the vehicle and two polythene bags of cannabis in the driver s door. In the passenger side of the car they also saw what was described as a knuckleduster-style knife with a one inch blade.
