You might say he’s starting big. Really big.
Skogman was only a few months out of the University of Southern California with a master of fine arts degree in acting when along came the audition in November 2019 for the epic fantasy drama based on author Leigh Bardugo’s hugely popular “Shadow and Bone” trilogy and “Six of Crows” duology. A month later, he was on his way to Budapest, Hungary, to begin filming.
It’s the kind of high-profile project some actors wait years, even entire careers, to come calling, and Skogman slayed his first big audition right out of the gate.
