ANCHORAGE, Alaska (KTUU) - The Alaska Department of Health and Social Services reported 102 new COVID-19 cases on Tuesday, 94 of which are among Alaska residents. The state reported no additional deaths related to the virus, leaving the total number of Alaska resident deaths tied to COVID-19 at 342. A total of six nonresidents have also died with COVID-19 while in the state. Alaska continues to have one of the lowest death rates in the country. The 94 new Alaska resident cases of COVID-19 reported Tuesday were identified among residents of the following communities:
