A woman who struck a police constable in the face in an Inverness flat, has been ordered to carry out 100 hours unpaid work.
Lynda Love, now of Bynack More, Aviemore, was found hiding in a wardrobe in a flat in Telford Street on December 1, 2019.
Officers had attended the address to carry out a bail check.
COURT: South Cumbria Magistrates in Barrow A WOMAN from Barrow has been accused of causing actual bodily harm to another person as well as being in possession of a metal baseball bat. Phillipa Jardine, 32, has been charged with being in possession of an offensive weapon on Macadam Street and Telford Street as well as assault causing actual bodily harm to Jordan Bilton on September 25, 2020. The Macadam Street resident is due to appear at South Cumbria Magistrates Court on Thursday.
