Delaware saw a reduced number of positive tests for a second straight day.
Whether two straight days of daily cases dropping below 300 marks a trend or is the result of fewer tests during the Easter weekend remains to be seen. Like other states in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast, Delaware has seen an increased number of cases in recent weeks.

One new death reported today – an individual in their 50s from Sussex County. The death increased Delaware’s total number of COVID-related deaths to 1,567.
