ASTON, PA A Delaware County man is accused of raping a child for about nine years, according to the Delaware County District Attorney s office.
District Attorney Jack Stollsteimer Friday said Manuel Molina, 40, of Aston, has been charged with rape of a child, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child, aggravated indecent assault, statutory sexual assault, child pornography, and related charges. All charges filed against Molina are felonies.
Molina is accused of raping his victim from the time she was 5 years old and continuing until she was 14, the DA s office said.

A Pennsylvania man is facing criminal charges for allegedly requesting and casting ballots for dead relatives.
The Delaware County District Attorney announced the charges against Bruce Bartman Monday.
âWe are charging him today with two counts of perjury for making false statements to register two deceased individuals who are his relatives both his mother and his mother-in-law. He made false statements through the stateâs assure system to register them as voters and heâs also charged with making an unlawful vote because he actually submitted an absentee ballot for his deceased mother, a ballot that was counted,â District Attorney Jack Stollsteimer
The system did what it was supposed to do, which was make a check to the PennDOT system, and for some reason, not only was it not caught as a voter registration for a deceased individual, in fact the system uploaded the information from PennDOT, including the signature, said Delaware County District Attorney Jack Stollsteimer.
Bartman also attempted to use the social security number of his deceased mother-in-law to obtain a mail-in ballot for her, but he was unable to do so after he allegedly falsified additional information requested by the state when it flagged the request.
Bartman told prosecutors he intended to vote for Republican Donald Trump on behalf of both deceased women.
